“Re-thinking Leadership in Educational Institutions”
One of the most important sets of skills required to run an educational institution are the skills of leadership. In a changing world, the need of effective leadership ability has become increasingly obvious. However, what is leadership, and who has it? Can you develop leadership ability, or is it something you must be born with? In this presentation you will learn how to ask effective questions that will help you apply your own highest potential to whatever challenges arise, discover how changing your lens through which you see the situations gives you more resources, and notice when you collude with mediocrity and compare this when you dare to lead from your authentic self.
