Omar with a group of students at Colegio Lomas. Omar had headship positions for more than 10 years in different secondary schools. He was Director of Studies at Instituto Modelo de Banfield, Colegio Modelo Lomas and Colegio "Los Molinos" and Director General of Colegio Cardenal Cisneros. 

Omar  and a group of close associates  at Cámara Regional de Comercio de Lomas de Zamora. In his capacity as  First Ordinary Member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber and President of the Committee of Continuing Education, Omar was the founder of Centro Secundario Nro 192 and Centro Terciario Nro 22 of Dirección Nacional de Educación del Adulto. Both initatives were destined to provide better educational opportunities for working adults in Southern Greater Buenos Aires.
